WHEN WILL MY PACKAGE ARRIVE?

Due to Covid-19 restrictions and delays please allow up to 3 weeks processing and shipping time on all items. We will send you tracking information once your item has left our facility and is on its way to you!


I ORDERED THE WRONG SIZE ITEM, WHAT DO I DO?

If your order has not been shipped out yet we can definitely help you!

Please email support@toplinemerch.com and include:

  1. Your order number

  2. Name on the order

  3. he email the order was made with

  4. The new size you are requesting


I NEED TO CHANGE MY SHIPPING ADDRESS, WHAT DO I DO?

You can change your shipping address if your item has not already shipped. If you would like to change your shipping address, email support@toplinemerch.com and include:

  1. Your order number

  2. Name on the order

  3. The email the order was made with

  4. Your request and new shipping address


HOW LONG DOES SHIPPING TAKE FOR US ORDERS?

Once your order ships from our warehouse, most items are delivered to the customer within 3 - 7 days after the item ships.


DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?

Yes! We ship worldwide.

Packages leaving the US will be shipped to a regional hub and then to the destination country. Once the packages reach their destination country, they are handed over to the country's local postal service for final delivery. Keep in mind that international orders can take up 3- 8 weeks to be delivered.


DO YOU DO RETURNS/EXCHANGES/REFUNDS?

If you have received the correct order and are unsatisfied with the fit of the item, we’re happy to accommodate this request within 30 days of purchasing. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and undamaged. The customer is responsible for shipping the item back to our store, and the customer will incur the shipping cost.

We do not accept returns on hats, socks, underwear, backpacks, phone cases, and any other item that state it's a final sale on the product page.
